I just got back from seein it... 3 words. Oh... My... Gosh...
I was blown away, and the 3-D just added too the experiance. WOW. I gotta see it again now, and I hope there's a sequal for this one.

I don't think there will be a sequel. I just don't see James Cameron doing that. Besides, the budget was enormous already and he would have a lot to uphold. Avatar also took many years to get it started, a sequel would probably ruin it in my opinion and it would be out probably for another 6-8 years.

I saw that lol, it's pretty much true, but there are a few bigger changes that they try to downplay there, especially in the last hours worth of film. Anyway though, we all knew that the story would be similar the moment we saw that the plot revolved around a human colony mining expensive minerals from a low-tech peace loving society of incredibly sexy ten foot tall aliens. <3
