So ...Baby..cub and young teen,everything is normal,Nuka is growing up as a normal lion should,as preteen he were exiled to outlands little while everything was okay with him,he could get food and termites didn't bother him so much. After that as Nuka's character changed to the hateful teenager all the allergic reaction to termites started,all the crazy scratching ,he scratched his manes so much they got small,everytime they grew abit more he scratched them,hunger and bad food gave him over skinny ugly body. As young adult he had all grown mane,horrible mane tho...scratched messy mane full with termites and mess.
In my version Nuka didn't died,zira didn't check Nuka's heart beat or anything..maybe Nuka just fell in some kind of pain coma.Whatever if he survive im sure he didn't return to outlands,even if he do they would be empty and he would leave anyways.So Nuka could live somewhere else and his manes could start grow again,with no termites or scratching,also normal hunt and food could help him get better.
And last one-adult! Now Nuka is fully grown up,manes all okay again,body all better as well...This is MY theory of Nukas ages.....please respect it! I know we all have alot of theories of this lion,this is my own one.
