Not feeling the best...

I just haven't been feeling myself at all lately. Been so weak and tired. I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm always so angry, been having headaches and been sick for a few days now. I feel like I'm depressed, but I'm not because I'm taking my meds. Nothing is going on in my life either at the moment..I don't know. Just haven't been feeling the best. And no matter how much sleep I get, I am always exausted the next day. And I just wanna live in my bf's state. Just to be with him. Bleh, I think I just need some comfort.. I have been very lonely lately. I start to cry randomly for no reason. How can i stop feeling like this? Any advice?

The best advice I can think of is to do the things you enjoy doing as much as you can... don't let yourself just sit around doing nothing because that often leads to overthinking a situation and just making things worse for yourself (believe me, I have a habit of doing this, I've been there). But I mean, other than that, there isn't that much you can do... distance is hard and it always, ALWAYS does this, even to the best of people. I think you'll pull through either way, it's just gonna take some time. Cheer up, everything'll be cool eventually, you'll see. ^^

First off i got to say i'm sorry to hear that you're not feeling to well emotionally
Second, have you told anyone that you're feeling like this, i know its hard but you really should tell someone not just anyone but someone you can truley trust, again i hope you feel better and if you at all need to talk just pm me i'll be there for you, okay?

Try and find something you enjoy doing, it will make you feel better, and give your mind something to think about *Huggles* Other than that, hope you get better soon, and remember, we are always here for you

Some sleep studies have shown that too much time spent in the REM sleep stage can foster negative feelings. Maybe sleep a li'l less? XD You could do what I do, and get up every morning at 5:30 AM... but then you'd be a zombie lol

Maybe you could figure out when you are in REM sleep, and instead of just sleeping less, wake up before you enter it XD

Do you have any medical condition that makes you depressed? What I do to hang around with the funny people when I'm lonely. Sleep when you can.

I have a heart defect, which caused me to have some learning disabilities. I have major stress. Not sure if those can cause it though. Thank you for your advice, I'll try it.
