Elisa continued looking around through the backyard, nowhere remotely close to where Adrian was. She'll never find me! he thought.

Leon rolled his eyes, knowing that Twyla always gives herself away the moment after she wins the first game of hide and seek.

Elisa continued looking around, not giving up until she found at least one of the boys.

Elisa continued to look around. She was just about to find Leon when she heard her mother call. "Children! Dinner time! Come in and wash your hands!" Elisa sighed and ran inside. Adrian crawled out of his hiding spot and ran in as well.
