'Crap!' The clone thought, while she looked at Derek and said, "Why, I'm Melody, silly! Why would you ask such a thing?"

"Because you didn't have that mark before, and you don't have the ring," I said. "Kidnappers wouldn't take it, and my Melody wouldn't take it off, either. Where is she?"

The Melody clone dropped her sweet girl act, then she said, "Well, well, looks like pretty boy figured it all out huh? Well, you're too late, bub, because your precious Melody will soon finally get what she deserves."

[Queen Elsa]

"No," I said through clenched teeth. I wrapped my hands around her neck with a little squeeze but not too hard. I kept reminding myself that this wasn't really Melody, and said, "You'll tell me where she is right now."

The clones eyes bulged a little, then she said, "Alright, alright.... She's close by. I'll take you to her."

I let go of her and waited for her to lead the way, but didn't entirely let my guard down, in case she tried playing another trick on me.

The clone rubbed her neck, then she started to lead the way to her hideout. When they got there, she moved the rock out of the way.

I watched as the rock was moved, then I called softly, "Derek?"

[Queen Elsa]

"Melody," I said, swimming in and picking her up. "Oh, I'm so sorry."

"Well, isn't this a pleasant surprise," a voice said, and I turned to see Morgana appear out of the shadows.

"I thought you were locked up," I said.

"Yes, I was, but when King Triton first sent guards out to search for a robed woman, the guards guarding my jail cell were taken along, and I was able to escape and come here," Morgana explained. "Now." Before I realized what she was doing, Melody was pulled away from me and towards Morgana. I began swimming after her, but something tangled around me and pressed me close to one of the walls. Seaweed.

"Derek! Let go of me!" I said, struggling against her hold. The clone came over and smiled evilly.

[Queen Elsa]

"Leave her alone!" I cried, struggling aginst the seaweed. The dream flashed back into my memory - the same one I had just before I woke up to see Melody was gone.
