When I saw that the ending scene was when they were talking about Emma Swan being the one Chernabog was going after because she had the darkest potential, I was happy, too.

Okay, now I'm confused. All right, from what I gathered, Rumple was telling Cruella and Ursula that the best was going after the one with the darkest potential, who happened to be Emma Swan. And then they mentioned something about getting Maleficent.

I don't know if they said it was Emma Swan for sure or not. I thought they were talking about her, but then the two mentioned Maleficent. Wouldn't they have to get the three together before Emma Swan, like it was hinted in the promo? I am kind of confused on this as well.

Okay. I just rewatched the scene for this. So:

They talked about getting Maleficent, then Ursula said that they had a bigfer problem to worry about: Regina. But then Rumple said that they didn't have to worry about Regina, because the Chernabog went after the one with the darkest something (I want to say it's potential, but I don't quite remember). Anyways, he then says "The beast didn't go after Regina. It was after Emma Swan." He does actually say her name just before the episode finishes.
