New problem - my friend is bugging me so much, I'm seriously thinking about de-friending her.
She was talking about horses she rides at college and how they're so much better than the horses I ride.

But the kicker was she said "I ride this horse -insert name here- he's like Blobby, but BETTER"...and when Blobby (my best horsie friend) has passed away a few months before, that's NOT what I want to here...
I don't think she realises the impact his death has had on me...I still cry myself to sleep sometimes because he's gone...

Sometimes that's the [censored] of friends. You have to cut off contact with them and leave. She is probably some rich brat that can't bother about your feelings. Leave her or use her as revenge that would be your choice

UPDATE!

Well, the title should be "Eh, VERY good" now XD

I just got a call from a shop that sells horsie things and they might be able to give me a job, but it's still a maybe.

Also, my sister-in-law works at The Open University, she hears about all the new jobs that are avalable. Well, she told me about one that pays very very VERY well...only catch is that it's in Ant-Arctica haha!
Still need to hear more info from her, but still, better than nothing!



Update about my "friend" I've decided I'm not going to say anything yet, as she's away at uni most of the time, so I barely see her anymore as it is...she's been my best friend since I was 5, so I'm not going to throw our relationship away that easily.

Regarding friends Annie, they don't last forever. Eventually we all drift from our friends, and perhaps this is the point that you gotta drift. If a friend of mine said something that insensitive regarding me and a lost one, I'd punch them in the face =)

Ohh no, not for research...I'd just be waiting tables and cleaning...but for the pay they're offering...I'd be there in a shot I have to wait to get details though D: my sister in law is still very jet lagged from coming back from the US (to the UK)

No matter what you're doing there it's still pretty incredible to get to go there. But you might not get to get on here much.

Yes, that's the only downside. It would be 6 months at a time and the likelyhood of me having access to the net is very very slim
