A concept for my new character, Vincent. I made his mane look like a weird furry towel on top of his neck XD i think it looks smexy on him though <<333 He's still a teen so his mane hasn't fully grown yet. His mane's gonna be pure white C; I'm having a difficult time coming up with markings, I just put a spiral on his shoulder just as a space filler, it's probably not going to appear on his final design. I need your help, guys ;_;
