Sometimes, I wish Portugal had a Walmart.

Wish we had one too . Though we kind of have one...but there isn't one close to me. OMG it would be so useful to have one in Spain!

Yeah, same thoughts here. When I lived in North Carolina there were Walmarts everywhere (Southern thing, I think), but since moving to Washington we've been shopping elsewhere because Walmart is farther away than the other grocery stores. As it is, we rarely have to go there specifically, and at the end of the day I can't say it's affected me too much. Just a bunch of cheap goods all together in one place; nothing to see, really. xD
