01:00 - 02:00 Most nights, wake up around 07:30 on school days, 09:00 - 10:00 on weekends.

While not in college, I generally head to bed around 1-2 and wake up between 7-8.
In college, I head to bed at 12 and wake up at 9 on school days... on non-school days, it's pretty much a free-for-all; there have been times I've gone to bed at 1 in the afternoon and woken up at 8 at night.
