Hmm, let me think. I know there is a look or two I wish were a little different, but I would probably change Simba's look first. They made Simba way too orange in the second movie. So I would surely try to make him as light as he was in the first movie, or even lighter. The reason why I would do this is because look at Nala's color difference from the first movie and second movie. She was obviously darker in the first movie compared to her colors in the second movie. However, this isn't such a big deal, since it is probably lighter due to her age. So how did Simba turn into an orange? So to sum it all up, I'd make Simba the same color as the first movie, maybe even lighter (including parts of his mane).

I'd fill in the plot holes of Simba's pride. That way I might actually have enjoyed the movie. As for TLK, it's perfect as it is.
