I think I'm doing this wrong. 22 hours to transfer documents from the remote computer to my personal computer does not sound right. But how do I upload them? (I could really use some help, if anyone knows.)

You could upload them to Google Drive and download them on the other other computer. Although the time listed when copying files is often inaccurate.

Part of me has the same wish. In my case I know I just have to be patient for a few years til my partner and I can be in the same place more permanently. Don't give up on the things you want. You can get there one day. :3
