Sony Vegas is so unusable, I don't understand how anyone gets anything done in that thing.

I really love working with Sony Vegas, to be honest.

Maybe. I've opened files in it, but I can't trim them to what I want. I was going to make an Aladdin AMV, which I ended up just doing in WLMM, but I had opened the movie file in Vegas and cut 20 minutes off the front at first. But it was left as 20 minutes of nothingness in front of the clip, and if I dragged the clip I had over to the front, it played from the beginning of the movie, like none of the commands make any sense and I don't get it at all.

It's like GIMP all over again, everyone says it works and does so superiorly to other programs for the same thing, but it isn't user-friendly at all.

Yep, S.Vegas is quite hard to understand at first. I took some time to actually figure it all out.


What's up with this? I feel like I'm reading the other book, despite all their differences.

^ Well, like I was telling Marizzle, I found the tools I wanted, but they didn't work right. By the looks of it my new free editor should be easier to use.
