The new danger in the land

Nuru and Siari finally made it back to the den

The next morning, Tua woke up really early and went hunting by himself to get food for the whole pride for the entire day. But Tua was really tired after getting very little sleep and hunting all night

Tua was too tired to notice he was being watched. Marini soon woke up, feeling cold because she didn't have Tua by her side. When she realized he'd left on his own (seeing how the rest of the pride was there) she quickly woke up the others to help her find him.

Earlier Tua was dragging food along back home until something him over the head and knocked him out. Later he awoke to the six rouges standing over him

Gakuru snickered menacingly as he looked down at the lion they were surrounding. "What do we have here?"

Tua: Ugh.....let me guess....you're the rouges that invaded my land! I warn you...I'm the Vice King...and I know how to fight off intruders.

"Vice King?" asked Gakuru with a laugh."Is that some title you came up with because you wanted attention?"

Branz: Sound more like a cry for attention to me!
Tua: You ignorant.......being Vice King was a tradition long before any of you were born! It wasn't until one Vice King turned on the King that it was disbanded. But my brother put enough trust in me to rule by his side! Its a title of love and respect! .....Something you or your ugly mothers would know nothing about!
