Siari frowned. "This isn't some fairy tale, Nuru!" she said. "Your love or determination or what not won't stop 6 lions from tearing you to shreds! I... I'd rather let them have their way so that they'll let you go..."

(She's got a point about that first thing)

Nuru: DON'T YOU SAY THAT!!!! I will NEVER let them do anything to you! .....You're my mate.....it's my job to protect you. If anything were to happen to you, I might as well be dead. Please.....never say something like that again!
He said as he gently placed his paw on her cheek and gave her a small kiss

Siari sighed. "That's very sweet of you to say, but your safety and well being are the most important things to me. I thought you knew that already..."

Nuru: I know.....but I promise.....you won't lose me. I know that's next to impossible to promise.....but I'm gonna keep it.

Siari licked Nuru's cheek. "Let's go home..." she said softly.

Nuru wrapped his tail with hers as they walked
Back at Priderock, Tua was giving his mate a tummy massage. Even though she has hardly started to show she's expecting, he just wanted to make her feel extremly relaxed

Siari looked uncomfortable as they entered the den. "We should tell grandpa and dad..."

Nuru: yeah. Hey Dad? Uncle Simba? .....We need to tell you something.

Simba's smile disappeared when he saw the uneasy look on his granddaughter's face. "Siari?" he asked softly. "What's wrong?" The princess said nothing, though. She really couldn't find it inside herself to talk about this... It would be better if Nuru did the talking...
