My partner's friend whom I met while in Helsinki has 2 kids and looks to be upper 30s to 40s... Facebook has informed me that she's going to turn 28 later this month. I can't believe it! I thought she was older than that! I have GOT to get my gf to stop smoking...

I am too hungry not to go find something to eat. I already went over my calorie limit today anyway, so I might as well at least be full.

I shouldn't have to feel guilty and stupid after doing something I like, there's nothing wrong with liking the shows and movies and such that I do and always have... It sure feels like there is though...

I tried another cigarette last week. And IDK if I wasn't doing it right the first time or if it was because it was a really cheap one, but this time around it was absolutely vile... Never again :(
