I'm waiting to catch this nasty cold that seems to be going around. Usually I just carry on about my business when I have a cold and just ignore it but people have been saying they haven't been able to get out of bed with it and stuff, slightly worrying.

I'm thinking, you'd think the gym would be open today with all the "NEW YEAR. NEW ME!" people signing up but nope apparently not. That means I need to go for a quick bike ride and a run along the sea front today, so I'm just getting a playlist of music ready for that.
