Okay, sorry about that, TPAM. You probably were on pixlr autodesk. Try searching for pixlr editor and one of the first things that should appear is :
Online Photo Editor | Pixlr Editor | Autodesk Pixlr
Click on that and you should be able to edit a photo, or create a new one without downloading it.
There are two other features on pixlr. One is pixlr express, and pixlr-o-matic. If you want to check these out, I suggest searching them individually on the internet. And of course, you shouldn't have to download those other features either.
Also, to make sure that you really don't have to download it, make sure that beneath every website, this url isn't there:
https://pixlr.com/
Does that make sense?
