Bleh only 1230 calories in a day? How will I manage ;___; I've really let myself go, this time last year I was able to lose weight still with 1800 each day... Well I'll just have to eat smarter and remember to exercise and make use of this app to keep track of everything to make sure I don't overeat without compensating for it with exercise.
I have to start saying no when people say, "I'm going to Sonic, do you want anything?" or "Would you like a piece of cake?"
