Dammit, I've gained weight again... I need to get over feeling so sick all the time so I can exercise more, or just exercise even when I'm feeling crappy too. I have to lose some of this weight before I get heart problems or diabetes or my knees give out on me. I gotta do it while there's still time.
I'll be sure to do my exercise today. A whole hour. I'll set an exercise alarm on my phone to help me remember at a decent time every day. This must be done.
