The new danger in the land

Nuru: Daddy says he always thought he was doing something wrong.....so they never adopted him

"They had." said Simba. "They may have never said it but they still raised him."

[Adofo]

Nuru: But Daddy says....they didn't do things like say, "I love you" or give him baths or let him sleep with the three of you.

[TheWhistlerify]

Simba nodded. "I know." he said. "Truth is, your father never expressed any desire for these things... I mean, he did; he hinted at it, but I guess mom and dad never understood the message."

[Adofo]

Nuru yawned
Nuru: I'm tired...

Simba smiled, gently licking the two cubs. "Would you like to go back inside?"
"Yeah..." said Mufasa, letting out an adorable, sleepy yawn.

[Adofo]

Nuru followed his uncle back into the den. He waited for him to lay down so he could snuggle with him

Simba smiled as Mufasa and Nuru lay down closely together. He rested his head down on his paws, allowing them to cuddle against his mane.

After a while Nuru actually couldn't sleep.
Nuru: .....Uncle Simba? ......are you awake?

Simba mumbled something sleepily before opening his eyes. "What is it, Nuru?" he asked quietly.
