Personality: As a young cub he was playful and mischievous, but when he run away he was more shy, scared and closed to himself.
History: Qathaka was born during Scar's reign. Nala at first didn't want to keep the cub because it had Scar as his father but in the end she decided to keep it. Qathaka had a crush with another female cub on the pride, but Scar ordered some rogues to kill her due to the lack of food in the Pridelands and due to the fact that Qathaka was betrothed to another female cub for some food. Unfortunately, Qathaka was with her when the rogues attack and he was hurt by their attack. He managed to escape but the rogues killed his crush. Qathaka returned at sunset and went his father crying, and Scar talked to him that she should get over her and explained him as it became night that she will always be on the stars to guide her like all the other animals, that that will also happen to him someday, slightly regretting his order to kill her. But the very next day, the rogues came back, asking for more food, but Scar didn't have a reason to give them anything else. The rogues told him he'll pay for that, and later, while Qathaka was exploring the Pridelands, they attacked him, trying to kill him, but he managed to run away from them. Knowing that the rogues wanted to kill him, he wasn't safe anymore in the Pridelands, so he ran away. During his ''exile'', he was adopted and abandoned many times by other prides, families and rogues for various reasons, and mostly with violent ways. As he grew up, he learned not to trust anyone and the world is a cruel place. He had a deep depression about his exile and his crush's death, so much that he didn't want to have another love. When he was an adult, he decided to come back to the Pridelands, guessing the rogues would have forgotten about this. He was really happy when he arrived, when he noticed that his father was nowhere to be found and that his cousin had taken over. They told him that Scar was killed by the hyenas, but some lions that had the body shape of his father (later to be called Outsiders) told him it was Simba's fault. He had a tiny hatred for Simba because of that, and he was in the plan to kill Kopa, Simba's son. The plan didn't work through and Kopa ran away just like him. Qathaka went back as soon as possible so they wouldn't exile him for what he and the other Outsiders did. His plan worked and he managed to stay in the Pridelands, but he felt guilty for making Kopa run away, because he knew the cub would have the same fate as his, live in a world of sadness and pain like him. Later, after the Outsiders joined again Simba's pride, Kopa came back, who was now an adult with a brown mane and a golden fur like Simba's. Kopa wanted to talk to Qathaka why they tried to kill him and Qathaka explained him why. Kopa understood Qathaka's situation and didn't tell anyone he was part of the plan, living him alone. He knew Kopa had lived a lot of pain through. He also noticed that Kopa had a tiny hatred on Simba for not searching for him as a cub, but he never told Simba. He lived the rest of his life in his father's land, still remembering him was he had told him as a young cub. He finally fell in love with a lioness and had a cub with her. Most of his scars healed over time.
