chronicles of narnia
among others

i have been wanting to read the wheel of time and song of ice and fire franchise too

Interesting, TPAM. I haven't read any of those stories. I like more of the sci-fi stories (i.e. The Hunger Games, Divergent, The Testing), but I also like many others, like the Kingdom Keepers and Time-Traveling Fashionista, among MANY others.

Huh. I'd easily reccomend the hitchikers series to anyone as they are just comedies, and easy enough to understand even if you don't care much for star trek style sci fi TPAM

Though, I do love sci fi. Star Trek TNG is my favorite though it has been a long time since I have seen it.
