8 Years in memory of my best friend

Eight years ago today, I was forced to say my final goodbye to the best friend I could ever have. My dog Pudge. He was a Pomeranian who was the sweetest little dog the world ever knew. He was only four years old at the time of his death, but in those four years, we grew inseparable! That morning, I woke up to my mom with tears in her eyes and she said the exact words ".....Cody.....Pudge is dead..." That moment...my heart shattered and I haven't been the same since. I leaped up and run over to his bed and there he was...motionless. It destroyed me. After hours and hours of crying and holding onto his lifeless body, my Dad built a coffin for him and we drove out to my aunt and uncles place to bury him. It was the best spot cuz they own a bunch of land that they would never sell. We got there, I stuffed a few of his favorite toys in his coffin, I gave him one last kiss goodbye and we put him in the ground. It was the worst day of my life. To this day, I miss him with all my heart. He was the best thing that ever happened to me. One time when I slept wrong, the next day my neck was hurting like crazy. No matter what we tried. I finally just decided to lay down and try to take the pain, but then, he jumped up on the couch with me and snuggled under my neck to support it! And it felt so good! Like he had the magic touch! I didn't tell him to do that, he just did it! That was the sweetest thing in the world! .....Daddy misses you Pudge. I always will. I love you boy! <3

Know how you feel, lost a dog I grew up with in 2011, only been a few years, but had 13 years with the dog. She was named Angel, A wolf-husky mix. Despite her being no angel. She was really smart, had an "I'm all that" attitude, she was sassy, constantly got into trouble, but this is what made her, her. She was a dog that could always get you out of a bad mood. She died on January 17th, 2011. She was poisoned by our neighbor, who got away with it... my whole family hated him, and still do. She was burried in her favourite place to lay, ironically our barnyard we had. She got a cross and everything... making myself cry just typing this...
In all, she was a dog you couldn't forget, won't forget, and will be glad you won't.
Rest in Peace Angel...

I'd miss your dog if I knew him Adofo, Pudge sounds like a friendly fella, may he rest in peace as well...

i'm so sorry dofo... i really know how does it feels... i have lost my all fish, one of my budgies, my dear cat and my loving german shepard dog ida. pets are the best friend(not just ^awesome lovely friendly dogs^) that a person can ever have. Rest in peace, Pudge. we, especially the one who loves you with his all heart, Adofo, never forget you.

I know how you feel. Remember, I lost all of my siblings and I'm literally the last one, plus I have to euthanize animals sometimes because it's part of my freaking job description and it's hard.

I don't actually have the words to express how sorry I feel for you. My neighbour's dog died and me and my sis were so upset. She was one of the few dogs that we were not scared of.
He still there with you just not where you can see him.
