im trying to put a new one on TPAM but i cant. i re-size it on Microsoft word but i doesn't let me save it as a JPEG file so i cant put it on here.

Well the problem is that you're using Microsoft Word. Try using the PrtSc button while looking at your resized version and then paste it in MS Paint. Or if you can't do that, download GIMP and re-size it. Or you can send the image to me, and I'll resize it for you TPAM.
