Siari nodded. "Yeah! Let's beat it!" She left with her two friends as Kopa wrapped a paw around Vitani's shoulder and had her lie down next to him.

(Lol. Silly cubs - thinking of every adult as old)

Nuru: Older people are gross!

Siari nodded. "Yeah! Your parents do that all the time, too!"

Meanwhile, Kopa made to move closer to Vitani and position himself on top of her when a slight pain shot through his injured hind leg, causing him to wince and lie back down. "I still need to get used to this..."

Vitani: Hold on.
With her teeth she tightened some vines on the brace and losened others a bit.
Vitani: Better?

Kopa moved his leg a little. "Yeah, a bit..." he said with an appreciative smile. "But I still can't..." he sheepishly rubbed the back of his head with a paw. "...you know..."

Vitani ajusted his brace some more.
Vitani: How about now?

"Vitani..."Kopa chuckled. "It's supposed to help me walk, but that's as far as it goes. Rafiki's a miracle worker, but even he has his limits..."

Vitani: Hold on!
She looked at the brace and removed the two middle ties so the brace could bend more easily but still do its job.
Vitani: Now try!

Kopa slowly stood up and moved his leg about randomly. "That is much better, yes." There was still a slight discomfort whenever he moved his leg, but it wasn't too bad.
