Once they arrived, Simba tried to get as prepared as possible for the river race. "Well, you ready to lose, bro?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: You know Simba, talking to yourself isn't healthy!

[Labatis]

"Tough talk for the loser of the competition!" Simba looked ahead at the river once more, ready to race.

[Adofo]

Adofo: We'll see!
He took off all his clothes leaving only his loincloth and jumped in.
Adofo: Come on! Don't make our Pride wait all day!

[Labatis]

Without hesitating, Simba immediately ran after his brother, jumping in the river with a big splash. The current was surprisingly hard, but after living in the jungle, he could handle any water.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Better be ready to lose! I did a ton of swimming while you were gone! Timon! Count down please!

[Labatis]

(Where does he start counting down?)

Timon nodded, and began counting.

Simba was slightly behind Adofo, but was able to catch up to him quickly. "Ha! Better hope you have enough energy to catch up with me!" He laughed, then managed to speed up with a push.

[Adofo]

(What do you mean?)

Adofo: Oh don't worry!
Just then Adofo was easily catching up. He's been holding back. Still is.
Adofo: You were saying, baby bro-bro!

[Labatis]

(Murp, wait, I think I answered my own question. Timon is supposed to time how long it takes for them to get to the other side of the river?)

Simba stopped for a bit in surprise, panting so he wouldn't lose his breath. "Now come on! The entire pride knows that I will win!" As fast as possible, he sped up, just a couple inches ahead of Adofo.

[Adofo]

(Yep!)

Adofo sped up again. Almost at his max.
Adofo: Just...face it! You can't beat perfection!
