Some of the pride members looked rather shocked but they did as they were told. Siari rushed over to her father and rubbed herself against his mane.

"Vitani, I'm not dying..." said the prince hoarsely as his daughter lay down closely to his head. "It's just my leg that's messed up; I fell on my way back down..."

Vitani: I know.....I'm so sorry!
She looked in his mane and saw the once dead flower coming back to life.
Vitani: ....look!

(Can i just say that the flower is like nurished by love or something?)

Siari looked at the blue flower in wonder. "Wow!" she exclaimed. "It's so pretty!"
"What?" asked Kopa quietly. He couldn't see it because it was in his mane.

Vitni pulled it out and placed it on the ground.
Vitani: I've heard stories.....even when plucked from the ground...these flowers can survive purely on true love! Each flower grows nine petals...and they say if the couple plucks a single petal and each eat half the petal....they'll be together forever!

Kopa looked at the flower in shock. "But... I saw it dry up and die!" He was obviously finding this all to be rather impossible.
Siari meanwhile stared up at her adoptive mother. "Is that true, mommy?"

Vitani: It is! .....Our love must have brought this flower back to life!

Kopa continued to stare at the flower, still finding it all difficult to believe. Siari meanwhile giggled excitedly and nuzzled his cheek.
