Why do I keep having these messed up dreams?

At least you have them.

Sleep is a simple matter of blanking my head for a few hours for me.

I wish it were more vibrant so my reason for going to sleep isn't either "because I have no reason to stay awake" or "because I don't want to experience the next few hours".

^ Dreaming that your brother killed your dog to avoid getting electrocuted to death kind of makes one want to never sleep again tho.

Just thinking about turning 30 next year makes me wonder certain things. I'm not a grumpy "90's kid" who can't enjoy new things, I like a lot of new things!

I like how some people still mistake me me for an 18-20 year old, and I still have a good ol' positive outlook on life even though a lot of bad things are happening in the world now.

The world is progressing slowly in ways that make me very happy. In the 90's I never would have believed that gay marriage would not just be a thing, but that these new generations of kids are far more accepting of homosexuality than in the past.
