The new danger in the land

Tua: .......You just.....don't understand......but I didn't really expect you too....

"Seeing them all grown up is just as amazing as seeing them come into the world, Tua." said Simba. "I'm sure you'll understand that one day... But... Nuru and Mufasa are your first litter... Just how many more other than that do you want, exactly?" The kind sounded quite curious.

Tua: I do understand. I watched Kiara and Kopa grow up. I know how it feels. And as for how many litters........i don't know. Just......a lot. It has nothing to do with the boys, nothing to do with anything else......only....I've always wanted a lot of cubs to raise. But that dream is selfish. I just sit back and watch as my mate goes though pregnancy. Thats it. No hardship for me. But half the time She was pregnant....Marini almost seemed to not want the cubs anymore. I was always afraid she'd just...one day....slice her stomach open, got them out and patched herself up. Thats how bad she was. You never saw her at her worst. Believe me. But.....even with all of that aside......I couldn't put Marini through all that suffering. Half the time.....I feel like I should leave her just so she'd be happier with someone else. That's how much I love her. That even if it means crushing my heart into nothingness.....as long as she was happy...I'd be happy. No matter what.

"Slice her stomach open?" Simba raised an eyebrow. "Seriously?"

Tua: I don't know. But....do you see my point? ......you want to know what my problem is?! I'm too emotional and too controling! I get upset over nothing which makes others upset! I manipulate others like, say the whole thing with me running away cuz i wasn't adopted! Some where in my mind i probably though, if i did that and was brought back, then Sarabi would adopt me! And also, its either my way or the highway! Because guess what! I convinced Marini about a second litter after shoving it down so much, she couldn't take it and just said okay! Just to make me happy! ................I'm a monster.....

Simba's ears flattened against his head. "Okay, calling youself a monster is just another overreaction. I'm sure Marini wouldn't have agreed to have a 2nd litter unless she wanted it as well." That didn't sound like her at all.

[Adofo]

Tua: Stop defending me! Face it! I'm a broken lion! ...If I should even deserve to be even considered being called a lion anymore. Somewhere along the line.....I did this to myself.....and it was one of the worst things I could have ever done.

It was then that Mufasa came running out of the den. "Daddy, daddy!" The pale cub brushed against his father's legs before standing up on his hind paws and leaning against one of Tua's forelegs in an adorable manner. "Nuru's bath is taking too long again because he won't stop moving! I'm bored!"

Tua then immediately perked up for his son. But to his brother, he could plainly see he was only hiding it for his son.
Tua: Why don't you go play with your cousin? Siari would love to play!

"Siari's bigger than me, it's not fair!" Simba couldn't help but chuckle, seeing how Tua was much bigger.
