The new danger in the land

"Y-you do?" asked Lin, still staring into Crystal's eyes. Was she talking about... about him?

Crystal: Yes...but only....when I first met someone.....not too long ago...

Lin remained silent. His heart was starting to pound inside his chest and he just couldn't get himself to look away from Crystal's eyes. What was the meaning of that? It was all too confusing...

Crystal put her paw on his before leaning over to kiss him

Lin froze completely and even tensed up a little when he suddenly felt the lioness's paw on his own. He didn't move away when she began to lean forward and, when she was more than half way there, he helped close the remaining gap between their muzzles by also leaning over. A strange surge of emotions that he's never felt before in his life went through him as their lips connected.

Lin was blushing like crazy by the time they ended their first kiss, and his blush only intensified when Crystal then said those three words. His fur was white so it was very easy to notice.. "I..." He doubted he's ever felt this happy in his entire life but, at the same time... "I don't even know what love is..." What were all those strange emotions and sensations he was experiencing?
