No seriously, of course you belong. I've learned that just because the people here aren't talking to you, doesn't mean they don't want to, or that you don't belong.

I'm not leaving. It's just that this place has changed so much and it seems like it was nothing compared to what it used to be back then. I miss the old MLK days.

^ Indeed it has changed. If it makes you feel any better I'm pretty much just talking to myself about 50% of the time when I'm here. Unfortunately, things change, and people leave, and you end up alone... with no one to talk to... But that happens everywhere.

^ Awww this is kinda sad to read. Im a relatively new member, so Im not in a place to talk about the old MLK. But so far I have had an abosultely wonderful experience on this website. I've made good friends and even an amazing girlfriend. I honestly thought I wouldn't get all that I have received on this website.

I get sad too when I see older members mourning the old MLK - I got a glimpse of it back when I first joined (mid 2012) but even by then people were saying it wasn't the same. I love it here though - I hope no one leaves because of this I've made friends here too

(Granted, I've not been so active of late but that's because Summer's over and Uni life is hectic at best right now)

It's pretty much the same for me. My anxiety makes it pretty hard to send messages to people, in fact there's only been two people ever I was brave enough to message before they'd messaged me.

For me, it's just so many people are gone. Namely, everyone I used to talk to. I don't really miss "the old MLK" like some people because there's sort of something I'd like to keep out of mind from back in the day, but I do miss having people to talk to regularly. I thought I was making more friends with you guys, but I never have time for Skype and S4mb4 took Twin off MLK (which may be best cos it's kind of awkward trying to talk to them together) and with Niña being busy and therefore more absent, that seems to have been short-lived. Maybe things will change again when people have more time.

My absence the last few weeks was not only down to being busy, but also heightened stress, anxiety and generally low moods as I tried to adjust to this entirely new place meant I lost enthusiasm for a lot of things for a bit (namely watching films, writing and posting here) However I'm feeling a lot better now, so I should be able to come on more as I adjust to this new lifestyle

That's understandable, I've been under a lot of stress too lately, which makes it all the more frustrating for me when no one's around. #nolifeoutsideoftheinternet

^ Yeah we IM a lot, we've been actually doing lots of video chats too which allows us to work on something while talking. Its actually pretty useful. I'm always ready to talk on Skype with anyone usually, but because I have the skype app on my phone it makes me look like im online even when im not.
