The new danger in the land

Nuru: Yes sir...

Tua and Marini were coming back home when they saw the white lion bringing the three cubs back home.
Nuru: MOMMY! DADDY!
Nuru sprinted towards his parents

Lin obviously had no intention of getting close to Pride Rock (he was a rogue at the end of the day), but they ended up coming across Tua and Marini on the way. Mufasa and Siari also ran over to the two adults. Marini, meanwhile, was quite shocked to see the white lion who'd saved her again. But, on a more important note, what were the cubs doing so far away from Pride Rock?

Nuru: We ended up in the graveyard! We didn't meant too! Honest! And then there were hyenas...and then he saved us!
Tua: .....You saved our cubs?! .........well......thank you! I guess i really owe you now.

Lin's expression remained blank. "Now?" he asked, a little sarcastically.
Marini cleared her throat, knowing what he was referring to. "Thank you, Lin, we're in you debt." The white lion looked surprised to fnd out that she remembered his name. She then looked at the three cubs. "You have some serious explaining to do once we get home."

[Adofo]

Nuru: ......yes ma'am.
They followed their mother back home.
Tua: Well......thank you Lin. For saving my cubs.......again. Technically. Lin........can I......ask you something? .......And be honest...please. .....Are you in love with my wife?

"So..." Marini led the way slowly. "Tell me how exactly you ended up in a place I strictly forbade you from going to by accident?"

Lin was a little surprised by the question. "I barely know her." he said. "Or anybody else, for that matter. My experiences with other lions haven't been very pleasant or fruitful." However, Marini did seem to not be... judgemental.

[Adofo]

Nuru: We were playing hide and seek. We hid in a log and it rolled down the hill and we ended up in the graveyard.

Tua: Well.....can I tell you something? ......I've had...nightmare of you and my wife.....together. Before I even met you the first time.

Marini gave the cubs a questioning look. "Is that what happened?"
"Yes, mommy, we swear!" said Mufasa.
"And how come you were so far away from the den to begin with?"

Lin couldn't help but raise an eyebrow. "That's... odd."

[Adofo]

Nuru: .....We know we shouldn't have gone that far. Don't punish them.....punish me....it was my idea. ....I'm sorry.

Tua: ....Just....please know.....they are my everything! ....I love my mate and my cubs with all my heart....if I lost them.....I'd have nothing to live for anymore...

Marini was quiet for a short moment. "That's very mature of you to step up and take the responsibility like that." she said. "But that doesn't change the fact that you two cooperated."
"Yes mommy..."

Lin gave him a blank expression. "It must be nice."
