Marini chuckled and took Nuru as he and Mufasa came over to settle down for the night. No cub of hers would go to sleep dirty, which meant that she obviously had to give him a bath. Of course, the golden cub didn't like it. "Stop squirming about." she said with a chuckle. "It'll only make your bath longer." Between Tua's arms, Mufasa looked rather happy with the bath he was receiving. "Can't you have your brother teach you how to enjoy a bath?" Sometimes cleaning Nuru could be very difficult...

Nuru: Never! That little nerd will never get me to behave!

"There's no need to use names like that." said Marini calmly as she continued cleaning Nuru, ignoring his protesting.

Nuru: ......nerd.

Marini frowned. "Nuru!" She obviously didn't like to repeat herself. Mufasa simply pouted and rested his head down on one of his father's paws.

Nuru: Little baby.

Marini let out a very soft growl. "I said enough!"

Nuru: .......yes mommy...

Calming back down, Marini finished Nuru's bath while Mufasa stayed silent for the remainder of his. With the cubs clean, they were now ready to call it a night. "Time for bed." The young lioness yawned and nuzzled Tua softly, resting her head in its usual spot in his mane.
