With a soft sigh, Kopa looked down at his daughter. "Siari, would you mind waiting inside the den?" he asked softly. "I'd like to have a word with your mother." The cub still looked a little confused, but she did as she was told and left.

Vitani: I'm sorry about everything! .....I just...I always dreamed you would come and take me away from my awful mother. It was the only thing I ever wished for.....

Walking with Vitani outside, Kopa sat down and once again held his mate close to him. "I-It's okay... You don't have to apologize..." He'd say that her mother wasn't there anymore, but it didn't seem like the wisest thing to do. "But... What you said... About not being my true love... That's not true..."

Vitani: You don't have to lie for me anymore. I've accepted...I'm just your mate...not your soulmate.

"Vitani..." Kopa held one of her paws with both of his. "If love is not true then it's not love. And I really do love you with all my heart..." He sighed. "You're unhappy because of me and I want you to be happy... You and Siari are my entire world..."

Kopa nodded. "I do... If there's anything I can do to prove it to you o-or anything you want me to do... I'll do it. For you."

Kopa smiled a soft smile as he looked into Vitani's eyes. "I promise... Until death parts us..." He licked her forehead gently and embraced her.
