The new danger in the land

Tua: .....Think of all she's been through. Joining the pride was the first only real good thing that happened to her....that and.....playing with you. She dreamed you would sneak in and take you away...far away. You were supposed to rescue her from her living nightmare that was her life. She just wanted to be free...

"Oh, I was supposed to, was I?" he asked sarcastically. "And how was I supposed to know that she was waiting for me to do this, exactly?" Growling angrily, the prince left the cave and sat down by the entrance. "Sorry, but I'm not going to apologize for not having some sixth sense of being able to get visions of what others want me to do. And I'm not going to apologize for falling in love either." Letting out a frustrated sigh, Kopa lay down. "Isn't there anything I can do?" It was all just too confusing. Vitani was feeling like his second choice, but he couldn't undo the fact that he'd had another mate before her... "She hates me now..." Losing his first mate was painful enough and now it looked as if he'd lost Vitani as well. How would his daughter react to this after her mother had died when she was so young? The prince placed his head down on the ground, once again covering his face with his paws.

Tua laid with his nephew and brushed his mane.
Tua: .....I'm sorry. .....I think.....the only thing you can do........is to just pour your heart out to her....in a way she can't ignore.....and will never forget.

"I love her, I really do... I've told her that so many times, how lucky I feel to be with her..." said Kopa with a sigh as he leaned against his uncle. "But she can't ignore the fact that I've been with somebody else before her..."

Tua: Kopa....listen to me......you need to show her, that with all your heart and more, you love her more than anything and everything in the universe together times a million.

"How?" Kopa looked at Tua with a sigh. "Anything I say or do just doesn't seem to cut it..."

Tua: Don't use your brain.....use your heart!

Kopa let out another sigh. That wasn't very helpful.

Tua: Kopa.....just dig deep. Until you reach the very bottom of your heart. THEN.....you'll be ready to talk to her. .....Okay?
