He turned his head to his mate.

(Hey wait, what if Kiara isn't really pregnant? Like she thinks she's pregnant but really, it's a phantom pregnancy. Like her belly gets a little swollen and everything. But then when it's taking too long, they examine her, like a medical lioness or something, and that's when they find out she isn't actually pregnant. I doubt anyone else has done that before!)

Marini smiled, nuzzling her mate. Kiara grinned. "You two are adorable!" she said.

Tua: Well, love does do that to you!

(NEVER!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol okay I'll lay off. it's your decision. I just want SOMETHING to go wrong. Since nothing bad has happened. and a unborn cub or whatever sounds like a good starting point. This is called "The new danger in the land" after all.)

Tua: So....if you are pregnant....when will we be able to tell?

(Yeah, i need to read some! But i want Kiara to lose the cub actually for two reasons, one, i'm not a big fan of her being a mother, and two, i feel like being evil to her. Since I never have before.)

Marini sat down. "Well... Kiara said I might start feeling sick in the morning or get moody... But Rafiki was the one who properly examined her eventually."
