"It's hard to explain." She sat herself up. "...I-I'll tell you later, when I feel more comfortable to talk about it."

[Adofo]

Mala: .....Okay. Lets get you home.

[Labatis]

Riu nodded, following Mala. She was probably only being dramatic over nothing, though what she saw was rather frightening.

[Adofo]

Later that night.
Mala: Mom.....can I speak to you in private?

(Can Riu eavesdrop on this part?)

[Labatis]

(Yes.)

Shiku let out a yawn. "Sure, Mala. What is it?"

Riu walked pass the den, laying down not so far off.

[Adofo]

Mala: It.....it's about Riu. She seems so worried about these cubs. She seems like she's scared of hurting them or something....maybe it's just a way of her inner self saying, you shouldn't have cubs. But...maybe she shouldn't have gotten pregnant. I feel like this is my fault. I just feel like...she'd be happier if she'd never met me. That way she wouldn't have married me...or be carrying my cubs that are burdening her. .....I love her with all my heart but...maybe....maybe when the cubs are born....I just take them and leave her here......maybe then....she'll be happy again.

[Labatis]

Riu heard Mala, and instantly felt guilty. What? No! She wanted to tell him that none of it was true, but it would probably only anger him now.

"How worried? Because.. usually it's normal to be scared."

[Adofo]

Mala: Very worried. I want to say this to her but...I'm afraid she'll get angry. I don't want to upset her even more.

(I'd say, have her come in and say she heard all that.)

[Labatis]

"How about y-" Before she finished she saw Riu walk in. "I'll get back to you." Shiku nervously smiled, walking out of the den.

Riu couldn't find anything to say. She did want cubs, and she loved Mala very much. But when she tried to finally say something, she was kept silent.

Mala: ....What....what did you hear?
