I drew the original sketch here. The back legs looked a bit weird, but I liked the expression. So I cropped a square and uploaded it (either in GIMP or Paint Tool SAI), made the BG transparent, and made about 4-5 extra frames with his eyelid going down to use for a blinking animation.

I then went to this site, which let me add the frames and edit their speed to create a smooth loop. After some tweaking I managed to make a blinking animation that fit with the file size/dimension requirements of this site.

And now my avi is blinking Taka. ^^
