This one was all me - we were just talking about me going away on Saturday and she got really really upset all of a sudden and I know I didn't do anything wrong and it's natural for her to feel sad that both of her children are grown up now and moving out and she's not going to see me everyday but I still feel really guilty about it

Although if you look on the bright side, at least Ireland and Britain are really close. I might be a thousand miles or more away from my dad when I go to college. So I'm assuming it'd be easier for you to go home on break and see your parents than it'd be for me. x)
