The new danger in the land

Tua finished off his flamingo and most of the gazelle. he then stood up and went to get a drink from the stream.
Tua: You want a drink? I assure you, it's amazing!

Nodding quietly, Marini came over to Tua's side and bent over to drink. The water really was very refreshing. "Wow! The water's great here!"

Tua: I know! And.....wait for it!
The last bit of sun was fading away and as soon as the sun was gone, the moon shined a magnificent glow upon the slow stream. It glowed an awe inspiring color of light blue.

Maini couldn't but smile at the sight. "Wow... It's beautiful..."

Tua: I know.....come up. Let's go up the stream!
Tua lead them up a ways until they came across a beautiful moon light glowing pond with a little island in the middle. it had stones they could step on to get there without getting wet. On the little island was a hammock big enough for both of them made out of vines and big thick leaves. There were beautiful flowers grow around the pond and on the island and a few fireflys lighting up every here and there. around them it was open so they could get a nice view of the night sky by laying on their backs in the hammock. Tua went up and stood to the side of the first stepping stone.
Tua: Ladies first!

Following Tua up the slope while wondering what he could possibly have to show her that would be more amazing than this, Marini was left completely speechless at the sight that was revealed to her. She simply stood there, not saying anything until he asked her to go first. "Oh, Tua, I don't know what to say..." Wasn't this his place? His secret getaway? "This is your spot and you brought me here?" she asked as she hopped onto the first stone, stopping there.

Tua: Yep! No one else knows about this place! Go ahead! Lay on your back and gaze at the stars! It's breathtaking!

Still blushing, Marini made her way over to the hammock and looked at it curiously. She'd never seen one before up until that point. After a slight hesitation, she went ahead and climbed on, lying on her back and staring up at the sky. Stargazing wasn't new to her, but the hammock was very comfortable...

Tua went in after her and laid right beside her.
Tua: Marini.....I know you've never dated before.....and to be honest.....this is my first date too! But I need to say something.........I was there when you were born. I saw you come into the world with my own eyes. And everyday I've seen you grow into a finer and more beautiful woman. It wasn't until recently that.....my heart cried for you! I know there are a few years difference between us.....but....I really and deeply care about you! You are an amzing lioness in every sense of the word. And.....I just feel blessed that you would give me a chance.

Marini's blush only intensified when she usddenly found Tua lying down on his back right next to her. Being this close to him was certainly weird... "T-thank you..." she replied shyly, not knowing what else to say to such a compliment.
