Found Again(Private)

This will be an RP about Vitani finding Kopa after all of the long years. Myself and Kopa23 will be playing this RP. It will also have some action in it with the hyenas coming back into the Pridelands after the Outsiders are gone. Also Kiara and Kovu have their first cub so there will be some action in it.

Vitani looked out of the Pridelands waiting patiently for any sign of food. Food was pretty scarce for whatever reason. She then gave up and went back to Pride Rock. On the way there she saw Kovu and Kiara all happy together. While she was happy for her brother she couldn't help but feel empty inside somehow. She continued and instead of telling King Simba she told her brother instead there was no food. "There was no food brother to be found. If you are wondering why I didn't go with Nala and the rest of the hunting party I like to be by myself." She looked at her brother answering the question she knew he was going to ask her. She then took him aside and said to him so only he could hear, "Why isn't Kiara hunting? Don't you know food is scarce around here." Vitani loved her stepsister but she would wish she could contribute. She wished that Kiara could actually hunt well too.

Kovu looked at Vitani a little angrilly for her asking that question. "Look she is contributing okay! It is not her fault she cannot hunt that well." Kovu was a little upset at that question and ready to defend his mate. He looked at her to make sure she didn't hear what they were saying. He looked back at Vitani with his gruesome looking scar. He waited for her answer.

Vitani gave a sigh. "Yeah right. Well if that is all I am leaving okay?" She looked back between Kovu and Kiara. Why is she even here, she thought. She continued standing there.

Food. I have to find food... water.. anything... It was an endless desert. Kopa slowly walked, tired from all the walking. He had to go back. Not to his family, since they didn't even search for him, but for a shelter... He was chased out of his home by some nasty lions and now he had to find a better place.

He kept walking... and he suddenly saw a gorge in front of him. That must be it... the gorge that leads to the Pride Lands... he was really confident that he'd reach the Pride Lands soon, but he had a slight fear... he was afraid to go through the gorge, since his grandfather had died there. As a cub, he was never told to go there.. but he had to go. He walked into it, while looking around. He could notice a tree that has broken apart and under it a grassy place. That must be it... he said. There was no doubt it; it's where Mufasa died. He walked in front of it and mourned the past king for a minute. Then he turned back, continuing his path to the Pride Lands.

Kiara ignored Vitani's question, as it made her upset. It was true that she wasn't good at hunting and that she should be still hunting with the pride. but she just couldn't do it... The first time she tried, she was almost killed by a fire. She didn't want to try again.. She could get in trouble again and it would either cost her life or have an angry father. Either way, it was horrible to her.

She was deep in thought, when a question came on her mind. But Vitani, why don't you hunt with the pride either? Is something bothering you? she asked her, but she didn't want to upset her with the question if something has been bothering her.

Vitani looked at her stepsister asking a question. "Well Kiara I would like to be by myself if you do not mind. I am a loner I would like to stay that way." Vitani didn't like Kiara's question because it made her feel pathetic. "Look some lions like to be by themselves and actually contribute while others like to be lovebirds all day, no offense. Look I am sorry but I would rather not answer that question okay?" Vitani wandered off. She knew Kiara made a good point about her not being with the rest of the hunting party but she could not handle the truth. The turth was she was a loner. Always was and hopefully always will be. Vitani looked across the grassland and started to take a nap. She dreamed about a young cub she used to play with. What was his name? Oh yes it was Kopa. She cleared her mind of him. It was not healthy nor helpful thinking about friends from long ago. She woke up and waited for Nala's hunting party to return. She hoped they wouldn't take too long.

Kovu looked at Kiara hoping she wasn't upset. "Just ignore her because obviously she is in a grumpy mood." Kovu watched Vitani leave. "I wonder what is eating her?" Kovu looked up at Pride Rock. "Well should we go tell your father the food is pretty scarce?" He looked up at Pride Rock knowing that one day this would be the kingdom of him and Kiara's and truly was an awesome site.

Kiara questionably looked at Vitani as the wandered off. Now she was sure something was really bothering her. She then turned to Kovu. It took her a moment to answer to Kovu's question. ...err yes, we should.. It's weird, it looks like the herds are leaving.. Maybe dry season is near. she told him. She really hoped it was just a coincidence, because she hated dry seasons. But who didn't? There is always danger for members of the pride to perish. Let's go. she said as the started walking towards Pride Rock.

Kopa was eventually out of the gorge. The sight was almost the same as the one the day he left. Memories from the past striked his mind. His father's training, his mother's love, Zazu , Timon and Pumbaa babysitting him, befriending Asante the hyena pup, his best friend Afua... but there was something else.. It was a lion cub he could remember... It's name must have been Vitani. He stood there for a moment, motionless. But he then thought that thinking of the past was pointless. Arghh, whatever. Everything I had is gone, forever. I really can't go back to Pride Rock. Not like my family will recognise me, but even if they do, they'll probably them me to go away. They didn't even bother to search for me when I ran away. Plus, my mother was pregnant to another cub. If that cub survived, then if I go back I'll be nothing than another mouth to feed. My friends won't remember me either. Just maybe Afua, but he probably started his own pride somewhere else, so I don't think I'll see him again. He kept walking towards the Pride Lands, in search for a shelter. But he would have to go hunting first; he was starving from the journey.

Vitani continued to look out over the Pride Lands. The herds were so scarce now however that there was barely enough food for the pride of lions. This could be a problem for any extra mouths to feed. She decided to take another nap and again she dreamed about this Kopa cub. Why do I keep thinking about him? she asked herself. Once again she felt like an outsider even though everybody accepts her in the pride. Or at least as far as she knew. This is pointless just to sit around, she thought. She decided to get up and go out to the dry Pridelands to look for some food. She was hungry and was not going to wait on Nala's hunting party. She went to the more drier lands of the area.

Kovu continued going up the side of Pride Rock. He saw Simba emerge from the den area. "Kiara are you sure I should be the one to tell him? I mean won't he be angry?" He continued up to Simba anyway nervously. "King Simba I...uh just wanted to report the food is very scarce and that we will barely have enough food to feed the pride. What do you suggest?" He waited patiently.

Nala and her hunting party came back with an antelope dragged on the ground. The food was very scarce and it was a miracle just to get this antelope here. She saw Pride Rock ahead and was ready to bring the food back so that all the pride members could eat. She was also ready to get back and see the only lion she ever loved, Simba. She was sure the other pride members were hungry so she continued with the food.
