(Just fyi, Simba wouldn't be this cold to someone)

[Hmm. Okay..]

Simba turned, his eyes full of sympathy. "Adofo," he said sternly but gently, "Dad never, ever favoured anyone. And if it's gong to be the 'I'm different' rubbish, you know very well that Dad loved you just as much as he loved me. You. Are. Not second best. You are the same as all of us, and it does not matter that you're different in appearance Because in heart and spirit, you are the same." His voice was firm.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Oh yeah? You remember our first real pouncing lesson? We both went after rabbits. We both caught one. He was praising you for catching but....he didn't even glance at me. He said he was so proud of you for getting it on your first real try! But when I told him I caught mine all he did was give a quick glance and said "Great" and turned back to you. He hardly even seemed to care. And that's not the only time. I could point out A LOT of times where he seemed to praise you....but I was just along for the ride. No matter what I did......when you did something.....he gave you so much attention for it. It just.....it really hurt. No matter what I did.....I could never be as good as his real son.
He turned away trying to hide his tears.

[What? Whoa, whoa, whoa, no. That's really out-of-character for Mufasa. No offence, but Mufasa is not that cold. He'd never favour someone over the other. Ever. That just is not Mufasa]

(It wasn't all the time but it was a good amount. But Mufasa didn't really realize that's what he was doing.)

[What? Please, come on, Mufasa is not that cruel or cold. I really, really dislike the idea of Adofo being "the second best" at everything, or the idea of "Mufasa favoured Simba". It's just... Mufasa wouldn't do that.]
