Off work for another week. Joy. It's annoying that i'll be losing money all because my manager set my anxiety off again. Now i've gotta build myself up all over again which sucks. I hope I cope alright tomorrow when Jamie is at work. I won't lie, I am really worried about being left alone and I can't even drive without freaking out at the moment =( I hate having this crappy problem. It's not even like it's a 'Just think positive' or 'You'll be ok' The doctor told me today it's gonna be with my for the rest of my life. That was a kick in the stomach. I just hope I can learn ways of dealing with it.
