Amarah flicked her tail side to side, and Imani looked down at her paws, steaming with jealousy. Why did SHE have to have a bobbed tail, of all things?

Jahzara's tail wasn't "immobile", but she did often drag it behind her. She didn't like using it except for flicking it in front of someone's face to snap them back into reality.

(Heh, no. It's too short.)

Imani sighed and leaned against Jahzara in an awkward fashion.

[But bobcats and lynxes move their tails. xD]

Jahzara was a bit startled, but didn't shrug Imani off. She didn't mind. Perhaps Imani was just tired.

Imani looked up at the clouds, pretending their softness was under her paws instead of the hard ground.

Jahzara tilted her head. "You tired?"

"Yeah." Imani said, sighing.

Jahzara smiled sympathetically. "When will we stop to rest?" she queried.

[Kipekee]

Amarah shrugged. "There's a den around here I just claimed. When we get to it, we'll stop."

Jahzara nodded. "All right." Truth was she didn't need to rest. But she felt a sort of concern over Imani.
