TPAM that would make the most sense. 
Imagine the mind games you would have to go through to justify having piercings in the TLK universe. Who did the piercings? Were their humans involved? Where did they get the needle and Jewelry?

Yes TPAM, but Rafki has closer relations to the Pride than Timon (at least in TLK1)
