"I am Yekize's mate," the male declared firmly. "And I am the father of her cubs, Iri, Chiku, Hondo, and Gamba. I heard that Hondo and Gamba left to form their own pride. Anyway, Iri and Chiku are still here. But my point is, Yekize," he cooed, nuzzling her neck. "Well, you see, she's my mate."

[Adofo]

Adofo: Get. Away. From. My. Wife! She's my mate! Back off!!!!!!

[Iri]

"Your wife? There's no such thing as a wife. But she's my mate," the lion growled, nuzzling Yekize's face.

[Adofo]

Adofo: DON'T YOU TOUCH HER! You see her belly!? THOSE ARE MINE!

[Iri]

Yekize bit her lip, holding her breath.
The male smirked and leaned forward. "Yekize, why do you want to be his mate?" he whispered softly into her ear. "You know..." He licked her chin. "I heard Adofo was flirting with another lioness just the other day."
Yekize gasped and fled from Pride Rock.

[Adofo]

Adofo: YEKIZE! WAIT!
he turned back towards the lion.
Adofo: .....what did you say to her!?

[Ugh, I'm sorry for the wait. My cat decided while I'm roleplaying it'd be a good idea to go to the bathroom on my bed.]

"Oh, nothing much," the lion smirked. "Only that you were... cheating on her."

He chases after her.
