[Adofo]

Adofo: I could never leave my baby behind!
He held her tight and tears started coming from his eyes.

[Iri]

Kapuki and Shujaa rushed over. "What happened, Adofo?" Kapuki demanded harshly. "What did you do to her?"
"Nothing," Ua said. She explained everything to her sister.
Shujaa looked relieved, but Kapuki looked simply accepting.
"Very well. Shujaa, take Ua home," Kapuki said, and as Shujaa left with Ua, Kapuki turned to face Adofo. Her face had the same stern sort of look, but it was less harsh. "You rescued my sister, Adofo, and I will not doubt that I am grateful to you. I admit I'm in debt to you, and I think I can pay that off if I accept you as a father."

[Adofo]

Adofo: You.....you're serious? Because you don't owe me for me protecting her!

[Iri]

Kapuki arched an eyebrow. "All right, then, if you insist otherwise.."

[Adofo]

Adofo: No no no.....I want you as my daughter! I'd love nothing more but....I dont want you to feel like you have to be my little girl.

[Iri]

Kapuki sighed and arched an eyebrow, giving him an 'I'm-not-little' look.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Look...i know I'm not your favorite person in the world...but I'm trying. I really want you to be happy. With or without me. I only care about your happiness.

[Iri]

Kapuki narrowed her eyes at him. "Listen, if you want me as your daughter, or if you don't, there are simple phrases, you know, that you could use to either accept or decline. So, what will it be?"

[Adofo]

Adofo: .....Will you be my daughter?

[Iri]

"Well, that depends," Kapuki said. "I can accept your request if you treat my siblings right. You can hurt me all you want, but if you physically or mentally harm either one of my sisters, I will not be so... forgiving. So I accept."

[She's not being complicated to be complicated. She's just really protective of her sisters.]
