I know Wal-Mart has RA and CA. Though ya might have to order from online to get 100 count for RA. Ya should be able to get 72 count for CA at Wal-Mart. Those are roughly 7 thru 12 bucks. Rose-art are more expensive. I got mine on a sale fro 20. I think there typicial is 30+, unfortunantely. But they do last a long time. So, it's worth the steepish price. The IP one are like 5 for 12. They're good on top of shading. I do a good chunck of my buying online.And you are welcome!

Hmm...What website do you order you pencils from because unfortunately there is no walmart near where I live but next week I am going to vist my local Aron Brothers or Michaels to see if they have the crazy art or th rose-art!

I tend to do ebay and amazon. Well, any stre that is known for art supplies will do. And Crayola is pretty close to Rose-art. 12-24 count CA should be at dollar stores, family dollar, store like that. If ya can't get RA, go for Crayola. They're a close second. Cuz I've used them a couple of time, they're almost the same.
I bought the RA and CA I got my last b-day, nov 22. So, July of the next year, good. 7 + 30= 37 bucks for 8+ months of coloured pencils. Oh, to line my stuff, I just use .5mm lead pencil. 2 bucks maybe?
I'll do some research on those shading pencils I got. Though like I said before, a standard #2 can get close the shading pencils. Just how hard you push down is the main thing.
