Yekize rested her head on her paws. She should have given birth weeks earlier.. like anyone cared. She tried to push down her feelings of loneliness, trying to convince herself he was too busy to spend time with her, but they hadn't even exchanged a conversation in weeks. She looked at Adofo longingly, then turned away.
